Demolition, excavation and construction works. Plantation House, Salcombe, South Devon.

Works included demolition of existing house and removal of rubble off site. Excavation of foundations and construction of Nudura retaining wall. We completed all of the drainage works, which included three attenuation tanks, reinforced raft foundation for the new dwelling ready for the main contractor to build the house.

We will return for the external finishing’s. The challenge for this house was the narrow access, this meant deliveries including concrete were over 100 yards from the site.
